1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Mera AI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Zarvonis Ventures Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Mera AI mobile application, tools, and services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Mera AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. License to Use the Application

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Zarvonis Ventures Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Mera AI on supported mobile devices strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment and creative purposes.

3. Acceptable Use & Ethical AI Conduct

Mera AI empowers users to synthesize music using their voice and transform portraits into artistic visuals. To preserve safety and ethics, you agree that you will NOT:

• Record or upload voice audio samples of third parties without their express written authorization and consent.
• Create deepfakes, deceptive audio, or defamatory songs intended to impersonate public officials, celebrities, or individuals without consent.
• Upload imagery that contains nudity, pornography, hate symbols, violence, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use generated music tracks or images for harassment, extortion, political misinformation, or illegal advertising schemes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract neural network model weights from our servers or API endpoints.

4. In-App Purchases, VIP Passes & Billing

Mera AI offers an optional Starter Trial Pass ("VIP Pass") providing instant access to unlimited AI voice song creation, custom name ringtone downloads, and AI photo studio previews.

• Starter Trial Pass (₹1): Grants 24-hour full access to test AI Voice Song generation, ringtone creation, and studio exports.

All purchases made via the Google Play Store are processed securely through your Google Play Account or authorized UPI gateways.

5. Ownership of Generated Content

As between you and Zarvonis Ventures Private Limited, you retain ownership of the original voice samples and images you provide. Zarvonis grants you a royalty-free license to use, download, and share the resultant AI-generated songs, ringtones, and portrait artworks for personal and social media sharing purposes, provided such usage complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zarvonis Ventures Private Limited, its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the service, or any content generated through the platform.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
