When you use the AI Voice Song Maker, you record a brief audio sample (5 to 15 seconds) using your microphone. This audio recording is used exclusively to analyze acoustic characteristics (such as pitch, timbre, and vocal profile) to synthesize requested musical compositions in your voice. Audio recordings are processed over encrypted channels (TLS/HTTPS) and are never sold or shared with commercial voice data brokers.
When you utilize our AI Photo Studio, you select or capture photos of yourself or subjects to generate styled portraits (e.g. Devotional Bhagwan themes, Bollywood styles, or Avatar looks). We process face geometry solely to map the artistic styling requested.
If you sign in using Google Sign-In or email authentication, we receive basic profile info such as your name, email address, and unique user identifier (UID) to maintain your generated song library, saved ringtones, and VIP subscription status.
All in-app purchases and VIP passes (such as the ₹1 Starter Trial Pass) are processed securely through Google Play Billing and authorized payment aggregators (e.g., UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay). We do not store your credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.

We may utilize industry-standard analytics tools (such as Firebase Analytics and Mixpanel) to understand aggregated feature usage (e.g., number of songs generated, conversion rates). These services receive anonymized telemetry and device metadata and cannot link recordings to your real-world identity.
Mera AI is not targeted towards children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal or biometric information from children without verified parental consent. If we become aware of inadvertent collection, we take immediate steps to delete such data.
